Jerry was fantastic to work with. Honored a discount we asked about. The whole process was smooth and straight forward. There are a few storage facilities in the local area, but Jerry and Store Here is your best bet!

The guy was very helpful and personable. The only issue was I brought cash and they don't take cash and the person on the phone told me they did also the follow up paperwork say they took cash. Be up front and remove that because it's very miss leading. I did not appreciate using my credit card. If told I could have brought a check.

There was a tiny snafu when I rented my locker. The gentleman who runs this location went way above and beyond to fix the problem in a super timely manner so as to minimize any difficulties on my end! Top notch customer service here!

The best kept secret in Milwaukee.

I’m a college student moving out of my apartment by myself for the first time, so renting a storage unit is something I had to figure out by myself. It was a little hard to receive my lease agreement (I kept getting e-mails w/ no attachments), but generally found that staff were patient and focused on the issue. When I got there, the storage facility (“Welcome back, Kyah” on the little keypad), was clean, VERY secure, temperature controlled, on the first floor, and I easily found where I needed to go and what should happen. Very glad to have found this place!

Everything from start to finish was well handled. Appreciate all the detailing and help we received!
