Waited for lock a long time (individual was to drop off, but had to wait a long time), space was dirty, entry gate broken-should get discount-anyone can get inside!

Security entry door not working, dirty inside unit, waited a long time for my lock (staff was to drop off lock inside unit an hour after speaking with her, but it was much longer than that. Should have taken some money off due to entry gate not working.
