Everything was good, staff was very kind and helpful

Dorothy made the move in process very easy. She was great. That said, the pricing did not match what we were verbally told which led to some confusion at checkin, disappointment at a higher first month price than expected, and delayed check in process as we had to go through most of the paper work twice. Space was clean although some oil stains on the pad.

I would recommend for anyone whoﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s looking for storage this place is awesome and the price is reasonable

Reserved a 10×20 unit but upon arrival the location had none available so I was upgraded to a 10×25 at no extra cost. Unit was clean and had plenty of space for my needs.

I needed a storage unit asap. I had previously rented one from this specific location with excellent customer service in the past. I recently rented another unit and was momentarily a little disappointed that the original unit's locking mechanism wasn't the best. I brought this to the site manager's attention and George proved to be worth every bit of praises he's received from countless other satisfied customers. George, not only recognized the problem and addressed it immediately; he took his customer service skills to the next level and found me another working storage unit that was bigger for the exact same price. Cudos to George and thank you for helping to resolve my issues expeditiously.

Parking and storage spaces have super low prices. Public storage is flexible also-they do deals and sales prices at certify times of the week.

Don't be one day late with your payment otherwise you get charged a $20 late fee, a $62 lien charge and lose access to your unit. This place sucks!! Getting my stuff out after two months. The older lady in the office is rude. I asked to talk to the manager/owner and was told he would call me but never did. See ya Public Storage! And if you still go with them....don't waste money on their lock system. Found out later I could have bought a lock for $10 at the store and used it again but the way they sell it to you makes you think you "HAVE" to have it. $20 waste of money and a lock you can never use again because it's specific to their units. These guys should be put out of business!

We were looking for a place on-line to store our items. Considering we were in the area of that location, We walked in, and immediately the hospitality was present. Details of the policy and a sense of security won us over. The staff were professional with a sense of humor. We need that now- adays.

Online said $1 for 1st month.. Not sure how I got charged what I was charged. Light bulb had pull chain broken and could have used a little touch up, but it is a storage unit meant for storing things, doesn't have to be the most decent looking place.
