It was very easy to set up online. I went to the facility the same day. The person at the desk was knowledgeable about the facility and was able to answer my questions.

So far so good. Cassandra was super helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Very informative and helped me beyond anything I expected with me renting a storage for the first time.

Went on to see how much it would cost for a storage & got a reasonable price. Johnny told me I could come back or call anytime when I was ready to make a reservation. Thank you. Very nice.

I had the opportunity to work with Johnny. He was very helpful and informative. Every time I have come in with questions we always has a smile on his face. He went above and beyond to help me pick the right size unit and even the best type of lock for security.

Johnnie, the property manager, was absolutely wonderful--knowledgable, courteous, friendly. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. The property is clean and well-maintained--PLUS very reasonably priced compared to other, similar facilities. I would definitely recommend Public Storage!

Storage space didnt look clean and ceiling material was falling down. Pointed it out to manager but he didnt suggest another storage or try to fix.

I was very pleased with how the representative explained the details of my lease. She made sure I understood what all was included and what was optional, but could be added on if I chose to do so. My monthly rent, due date, and late fee were all clearly addressed as well. I had just about everything answered without needing to ask and all I needed to do was to sign!
