Public Storage did not send the access code on my move in date (until the end of the day after several requests). Initially after numerous the access code the manager got (I couldn't access it) did not work for her nor myself, finally it did work (maybe she had the wrong code at first)? The building's door was broken (which I was informed of before seeing it-and told it will soon be repaired. There was a man sitting and eating in front of my unit- blocking the netrance. He did move at my request. The following say when I went back to add another item, he was again there (and said "Oh, you again"! he moved items so I could access my unit. Some of these things made me question the security of my unit. In fairness to the manager, she did inform me that construction/repairs where in progress at the location prior to booking -and she was kind and helpful.She also volunteered to come out of her residence to help me, (as the office was closed for construction)~ based on her helpful behavior, I would give her high marks.

Works fine for parking a boat

Overall sparefoot made it easy to find the storage I was looking for.

I did have to do some snow and Ice removal to get in .after slipping twice ... The counter staff was friendly and helpful though .

Wendy was amazing. She was more then helpful. Made sure I knew what was going on. Where my unit was, made sure I could get in it, and went over the paperwork etc. Definitely pick this location if you want great service!

Management was great when showing me around. Everything appeared to be clean and well kept (secure). The only challenge is the times I can get in there conflict with my work schedule. Otherwise all good so far.

Cathy, the property manager was fantastic. She went over everything and made sure I understood. She answered all my questions.a delightful individual all the way around.

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. They showed me several units that I could choose from and held the one I wanted. The price was great the location was close making it convenient to get to.

My wife and I are relocating to Wisconsin and have had little experience with the community. THe customer service staff did an incredible job anticipating our needs with an RV trailer. THe trailer door was 8'7" which was just barely enough to get the trailer in the door. What I thought was impressive was the fact that even before we arrived the staff changed the actual stall so that we could more easily back the trailer into the storage unit.

Over all happy with storage unit. I like the phone call for a reminder when payment is due. Lights would be a good idea in units...

I chose public storage because it was close to where I lived.
