The storage unit is nice BUT WHO EVER PLOWS IT DOES A HORRIBLE JOB HARD TO AROUND BECAUSE OF THE SNOW BANKS ON THE ENDS HARD TO GET MY TRUCK IN TO THE BACK AND I HAVE TO GET A TRAILER IN SOMETIME HOPE THAT GOES WELL

While I was packing from trip to Wisconsin I found my Google card from my recent visit at public storage. I was in Wisconsin checking out the area maybe having to trans plant here. I came to this location and walk in to the office and the dame behind the counter was manger name Jennifer. This dame really help me out showed me some units and gave great info. Showed me some of the packing stuff I may need for my move here. If it happens I will be storing here she made feel comfort and welcomed. Thanks Jennifer you all your help.

So I have to hand it too the ladies taken care if this storage unit. Jennifer hands down is just personable. I have not experienced that kind of customer service. And Cathy with her spunk it is just a joy ever time I enter the office. They both put life and a pep in your own step lol. Thank you for always making me smile.

Every time I go into the office to help take care of my mother's payment Jennifer and Cathy have always been so nice and courteous. Any questions I have they have answered them and if they did not know the answers they found them out. Thank you ladies for helping me take care of my mother.

Walked in and was greeted by Kathy & Jennifer. They helped me decide which storage space would work best for me and also told me about the great deals on boxes and stuff for my move. LOVE IT! Definitely coming back for more boxes in my future.

Cathy and Jennifer are very professional. Each time am on the property they stop say hi and see how things are working out. Property is always cleaned and well kept. From my move in to date. These two ladies are great at making me feel welcomed. Thank you Jennifer and Cathy for being professional can friendly. Highly recommend these ladies!!! :-)

Great company. Very friendly and helpful. Prices are good for what you are getting. The lot is clean and there is enough lighting for you in the evening hours.

Good rate for size of storage unit. Up selling by employee felt uncomfortable. Up selling in locks, boxes, misc. storage supplies, insurance. Advertising for $1 first month misleading. Add $25 for signing fee, and $11 mandatory minimum insurance, $36 minimum for first month. Property is very dirty, furniture, mattresses, debris scattered throughout site. Won't stay in unit for very long!

Not only is Cathy pleasant and professional, she's easy to talk to and super helpful. I recommend this specific PS to anyone with storage needs. I've dealt with many storage companies including other PS and this is by far the best!

I was in need of a unit quickly, and the site manager Cathy was there to help after I called the general number and made a reservation. Cathy was prompt, efficient, reviewed all my potential needs, etc. She was VERY busy that day, but still took the time to review everything she needed to with me to make sure that I had everything I needed and that I fully understood all the terms and conditions. I didn't purchase anything additional based on my situation, but I bet she sells a lot, because she is thorough. Even though she was swamped, she was pleasant, fun, and energetic, and coming from a past retail management background, that is not always easy to do!

Kathy was detailed and thorough as she walked me through the process of seeing the unit prior to signing paperwork and confirming I was happy with the unit. Kathy also asked me to comment on my experience and gave me a card with which i could write a review. I understand that such reviews are helpful at the time of reviews and raises and based on my experience with Kathy she is worth it. I did see also how she dealt with other customers and again she was friendly and engaged. Too often we only comment when customer service is bad. I would encourage others to always comment on the goodness we experience so that the right people are out there on the front lines of service. Being in a service industry myself I appreciate great, caring and attentive service. Thanks Public Storage and THANK YOU KATHY!!

This is my first experience having to put my belongings in storage. Tyler, the office manager, was great in explaining everything. The facility seems clean, secure, and well-run. It would be nice if the entrance area was wider so the moving trucks could get in easier - my crew's truck JUST BARELY fit. I heard that the gate had recently been damaged by another truck, further proof that it's too tight of a squeeze right now for them to fit through. I noticed that my unit didn't have a light bulb in the socket and was told that the renter has to provide their own.

There is mice killer in my unit and I'm hesitant on keeping it there
