I like the location of the storge.

This was my first time at a storage place. I found it very hard to find my space.

Arrived to see where I was to parky vehicle and the gate was non operational. Eventually got in and toldy spot #. Went to find my spot and there were no #'s visible due to snow, at which time I was told to shovel until I found corresponding spot. HAH!! Not why I pay $$ to shovel countless spots to find the one I rented. Anyway, go back later in the day to leave my car for several months while I do my trucker thing to find the gate is still broke, no note, no one to talk to and no option but to leave my car at the entrance to the facility and call them when open to let them know someone will love the car over the weekend.btuen I was told the car would be towed if it wasn't moved. So I finally get someone to move the car only for them to find snow covered #'s as well and subsequently the car was parked in the wrong spot. Meanwhile I'm gone for 6 months the local person with my key is gone on vacation for 3 weeks and no resolution to the situation 5 days later.

This seems like a safe spot at a good price.

Available and well run. Attendant was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and easy to get to. Unit seems secure.

Everything was easy to setup 2 storage units with them. all the work is done for you! Actually a better price than going directly to storage unit in person.

It was so easy to reserve and move in to my vehicle storage space. This was my first time doing this and the whole process was seamless.

I would've given 5 stars in the summer but it's winter and there's one thing that has made me and I'm sure many others quite annoyed! Your snow and ice removal needs to be addressed ASAP! Get a skid steer and dump it over the fence, or something. Yesterday I had to scrap and shovel the ice and packed snow at the two doors at either entrance to the in door storage units. I wasn't too happy about that! I pay a lot of money. Thank you

Facility was managed by a friendly staff and the units are in great condition and well secured. Exactly what you need when storing your home furnishings.

Office manager was amazing- needed some quick changes and she got it all worked out smoothly- Dominique is an asset to public storage. The units are secure and clean- I've got no worries about my stuff.

This was and is an excellent facility. Dominique was extremely helpful and kind, and the experience was very positive. The lot is clean and organized and the units are very well kept. It is one of the nicest facilities I have ever rented from.

Melody and Dominique were nothing short of amazing. Dominique walked me through several units as I really wasn't sure what I needed. Once I figured that out, she and Melody made sure I secured the unit I needed - all on my rather crazy schedule. After checking in, Melody came and cleaned out the unit again, as it had been empty for a while. So far, I'm very glad I chose Public Storage.

Melody was wonderful explaining everything to me and my Husband. Very happy with her service. Very Customer friendly. That coming from someone who has worked retail for over 30 yrs.
