Good that my unit is close to door. Bad no attendant or manager on-site Bad no bathroom or fountain.

It's too easy to get trapped inside due to small Lanes

Nice facility and I would recommend it to people just be careful of the lanes and getting trapped inside

So glad we found this place. The conex style storage boxes are the best value in town, if you are on a budget. Easy access and great customer service are a plus.

Lots of outside storages but even better, inside storage. Even has a freight elevator for 2nd floor storage. KO really did it for me. Awesome!!

it is nice and clean the interior is lit up very well ...opening and closing the elevator was an and adventure until I figured it out... instructions should be more visible.

Someone already had their things in the unit I was assigned.

This place is not like any other and I don't say that by no disrespect I actually like it!! The only thing I wish they had were some type of carts to help us move our boxes to our unit it was a bit of a walk

My experience was confusing/frustrating in the beginning because I didn't know where my unit was. Also the first Customer Service Rep I spoke to wasn't sure where my unit was, and how to buzz me in. Eventually I called another Rep, she helped me buy a more suitable unit for me.

💪🏽😎 Clean and affordable storage

This is our first time using this storage facility. We rent storage ever year to store some of my daughter things from her college dorm so it doesn't be in the way in our apartment. We normally store her things in Chicago but KO Storage had a much better price rate so we decided to use them this year The facility is nice. The unit itself was decent and clean. The location was GREAT. Not to far from where we live. The only problem I had was the location of the unit itself!
