East Bank Storage - Prospect

The people I dealt with at this location were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I could not have been more pleased with the overall service.

Loved the staff. Victoria, Rebecca, and the great guy who helped us with the elevator. This space was perfect for us to put our stuff while we figure out where we are going next in life.

Arrived as they were opening on Saturday, had paperwork done by 9:20, was getting stuff in by 11. Only drawback is that they have just one freight elevator. If someone bogarts it and doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t put the gate down after they have cleared it, everyone gets backed up.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, units were clean and well kept. He unloading and loading area was phenomenal. Definitely recommend this place

They're only open during business hours and Saturday's until 3. It'd be nice if they had extended hours one night a week. Also, the pricing is kind of high.

Read the one review about the elevator. Don't let that fool you - it's awesome to run. Staff is very friendly and accommodating (and teaches you the "ropes" - pun totally intended). Location is fantastic. Ability to pull your car in while unloading an added bonus. Plus they actually have a parking lot to put your vehicle in - no worrying about street parking!

Great facility except for the elevator which I would not want to use on a regular basis. Instructions on use of the elevator would have been very useful. Hope you improve this condition. Never had such antiquated elevator in a storage. No handicap ramp to get to the office.

Nina and Sherry in the office are very helpful and personable. I appreciate all the help that Nina had given me and Sherry was very helpful when I got lost and helped me with the paperwork even though she was having computer problems.

The East Bank Storage offers great service for a variety of things needed to be stored. They are willing to help and make your move in very smooth.

Ok, I am a "poor college student" and for the security and location, you simply can't beat the price. Nina is amazing. The older gentleman is nice and helpful. I haven't met any other renters that weren't courteous or friendly. *Ask them about any specials!!! (I got a month for free!) Totally worth it. Boom.

Fast easy friendly

I picked this unit because it was right across the street from my apartment and I didn't own a car in order to move anything farther. The price pretty much ate up my entire paycheck but I didn't really have a choice. The staff, however, was incredibly nice and helpful to me every single time. I had absolutely no trouble moving anything in and was able to do it without feeling rushed. The units are clean and easy to find and if you don't have your own lock they have some available for purchase in the office. Overall very happy with this place though I will probably not be able to afford any more months. If you're wondering why i'm not upset about the price, it's because the elevator makes up for all of it! :)
