I enjoyed the ease of booking online and the follow up calls of the cheery employees. Visiting the facility was a bit tricky in finding but once I arrived the attitude of the workers was pleasant. The paperwork took less than 10 minutes vs 20-30 minutes at other facilities. The hospitality is what sold the unit along with the pricing. I've already recommended East Bank to a few others!

Sam is efficient and gives friendly customer service. The storage facility is clean. I highly recommend.

Good service and clean place. Very near to our place which is perfect.

Prices are reasonable compared to other facilities. However, if you intend to rent a storage locker for the long term, you will find that they raise your rent far above what they charge for a new customer. They call new customer rates "teaser rates" on the phone, but nowhere on their website are they called that, just "rates". They will allow you to recover the posted rate, but you will have to move to a different storage locker. In my case, for a 6x11 locker I was initially charged about 50/month. After 14 years this had increased to 80/month at the same time they were offering similar size lockers for 55-60/month to new customers. They apparently don't value long-termers and as a result I moved out on the 10th day of the month. At first the front desk person said that I would be responsible to pay the prorated portion - the manager then corrected her and said that after the 5th the customer has to pay for the entire month. No problem, but again it is a kick in the pants to a good customer. As a landlord, I know the value of keeping good tenants by limiting rent increases, since turning over an apartment can be costly especially if it isn't re-rented right away.

Everything is excellent, but I do wish they opened until later. They close at 5pm, and that's way too close to when I'm done with work.

The employee that helped me was so kind and patient. He explained everything I needed and made the process very smooth. The facility itself is wonderful as well! It smells great and is very clean. I like that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s small and some what lowkey!

Some of the units, including the 5x5 one I had booked, are listed as being on the first floor but are actually located above other units, meaning youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d have to lift heavy boxes 6-7ft in the air to get it into the unit. This is obviously not practical - booking a 5x5 unit means that you are likely to be storing heavy objects, which canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be lifted 7ft. Staff however are friendly and helpful and sorted me out with a more practical unit at extra cost, so overall would reccommend.

I'm very happy I chose this facility to store my things while I'm in transition of moving to Milwaukee. The staff is super friendly and helpful with every question I have. This is an extremely clean environment, that's what is most important to me. I like the fact that when I come in and out of the facility, I feel safe. I found moving into East Bank Storage to be very convenient. The access to dolleys and carts allowed for move in to be quick and efficient. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

I love this place. Just wish they had a location on the northwest side of town. Other then that the rates, staff, storage space is AWESOME!

Great Customer Service & Nice Storage Space

This place has got it together! They are attentive, responsive and do what they say they're going to do. If I could give them TEN stars, I would!! The facility is gated and you can drive right into the facility to unload, which will be great in the winter time. They were also the most affordable of all the places we called in the Milwaukee area.

Nice facility. Our moving truck was able to unload inside building since weather wasn't great. Easy access to unit. Friendly staff. Expanded access hours would be nice but it wasn't a deal-breaker for us.

Very easy and fast move in.

Easy entry. The unit advertised had a huge structural post in it, and it wasn't being offered at a discounted rate. I had to pry to see other units that were better sized. Fortunately I came out with a large unit at the right price.

The facility is clean with a variety of storage unit sizes. The access hours are limited, but that wasn't a problem for me. I was a little disappointed when the manager showed me a 10x7 unit with a large structural post in the middle, and claimed it was still 10x7. There were other units available, so I pushed to see the rest and ended up with a great unit that had a large entry.

The men working there were very friendly, honest and helpful during our recent move in. The unit itself has lots of room, its accessible and clean.

When I called staff , cheapest storage was low level , but when I come , cheaoest one was upper , need to use ladder . I had to finish up boxes moving before return to JAPAN , I choise one reluctantly . IF staff told upper level first , I could go other storage . Should tell the truth .

This facility was in a good location for me and very secure the only complaint is they are only open Monday through Friday 9 to 5 and if you want to access your storage you might want more extended hours

I am upset that this facility has increased my fees every year they I have been here.. with only a one month advanced notice... this is not a good thing since everything in life is going up also, and being taken away daily, the increase is actually more painful to me because I really like the place, and feel it's a good place to store your stuff, but I can deal with any more price increase on my income.

It was a great experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Carts were always available, making the process of moving extremely easy. The facility was clean and orderly, no dust or mold spots. The pricing was great, a good $25 dollars under other indoor storage units.
