Have always been able to get units when needed. Prices are best in the area. Current management is very nice.

Needed a space in short notice and they were able to easily accommodate me with a good price too!

Rented an RV space, As of writing my RV has not been moved in so I cannot give a complete review. Was quoted a top tier price when I went to reserve ($94), however several weeks prior was quoted $65. After obtaining competitors rates ($50 to $80) price was lowered to $70. That was fair IMO.

Definitely needed a change at Devon Storage at the Milwaukee location on s.5th CT..The new team Management is doing a Fabulous job of keeping the facility more clean, better action of taking care of the customers and getting rid of the rift raft there. Thank You so much for your time and dedication!!!!

Customer service was excellent! They were friendly, up front with all fees, made sure that we were satisfied with our unit and not expensive like other storage facilities. I will recommend this place to everyone I know looking for a storage unit.

Overall it was really nice. My only complaint was lack of customer service. I had made a move in date a month in advanced, but was only told the day before that their hours had changed. It was frustrating, but the management saw that I still could move in that day. Overall very happy!

Worked for our budget. Place wasn't very clean, smelled like someone had been living in the place, and the woman who filled out all the papers was not very professional.

Got a storage..next morning access code and emergency code wouldn't work..so I had to still pay movers and a extra day for Uhaul. District Manager..Nick called me and gave a credit towards following month. Thos is good customer service! Thank you Nick.

Called company...could not get in with code..nor energency access code they gave me. They verified my access number as well. Cost me movers..hourly..who were waiting to put stuff in storage and another day with Uhaul!

Patient, helpful & thorough staff. Good value. Location hard to find first time, but that's a plus for security--less foot/car traffic means less chance of people who don't belong there hanging around.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The storage space is clean and I feel very secure going there.

My space wasn't ready when they said it would be and I wasted an hour waiting for someone to come open the correct unit. I paid for 5 days that the unit wasn't even available, then ended up not even getting the unit I was promised.

The hours are perfect for someone with a varied work schedule and the grounds are secure and clean. They have locks and moving materials on ground and the prices are cheaper than a lot of places. The rental price is the best around as I have searched many other storage company's.

Over all a very good experience.

With the move in special offered, the price was the best in the area for what I was looking for with my storage needs. The staff in the office was so helpful and explained everything, right down to the offered renters insurance. At move in the area was plowed to my surprise, as we had just had a huge winter storm the night before.

They were very friendly and professional. They truly understood that most people who are forced to rent a storage locker are doing so because something went wrong and there is a gap in housing for a time or some other major problem. So they try to understand and be supportive.
